Principal Machine Learning Engineer

We are seeking a senior-level Machine Learning Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced machine learning models and infrastructure. You will drive the technical direction of ML initiatives, mentor junior engineers, and solve complex, high-impact problems that improve operational efficiency. This position also contributes to the broader AI/ML strategy of the organization.

What you will be responsible for:

• Lead the end-to-end development and deployment of complex machine learning models.
• Design and build scalable, reliable ML infrastructure and pipelines.
• Define and drive ML engineering best practices, standards, and technical strategy.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior and mid-level ML engineers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and deliver ML-driven solutions to business challenges.
• Research, evaluate, and implement state-of-the-art ML and AI techniques to enhance system performance and innovation.
• Develop ML feedback mechanisms to optimize our system and operational efficiency.

How you will stand out:

• Strong background in machine learning theory and practice.
• Extensive experience building and deploying ML models in production.
• Proficiency in relevant programming languages (e.g., Python) and ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) for ML.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field preferred.
• 7+ years working experience in production
