Network Proxy Engineer_Contract

Requirements:

• Possess a degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related fields.
• Technical Expertise in Bluecoat ProxySG:
• Configuration and Management: Ability to configure, manage, and troubleshoot Bluecoat ProxySG appliances and Management Console. This includes Proxy layering techniques.
• Policy Creation: Proficiency in creating and managing proxy policies, including URL filtering, proxy bypass rules and forwarding rules.
• SSL Interception: Experience with configuring and managing SSL interception and decryption.
• Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving:
  • Diagnostic Tools: Proficiency in using diagnostic tools to troubleshoot network and proxy issues.
  • Log Analysis: Proficiency in Splunk to analyze logs and reports to identify and resolve issues and to optimize proxy rule creations.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to web traffic and data protection.
• Skills in project planning and execution.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and manage project expectations.
