Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Network Manager to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of our network and hybrid cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in enterprise networking, cloud integration, and team leadership, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, high-performing, and scalable connectivity across the organization.

What you will be responsible for:

• Design, implement, and maintain LAN/WAN, firewalls, routers, switches, and VPNs to ensure high availability and performance.
• Monitor network health and optimize for efficiency and low latency.
• Manage cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and ensure seamless integration with on-prem systems.
• Support hybrid cloud and infrastructure initiatives.
• Proactively monitor network performance, resolve outages, and conduct root cause analysis.
• Deliver regular performance reports.
• Lead and mentor IT/network engineers, delegate tasks, and support troubleshooting of complex issues.
• Partner with internal teams and vendors to align network solutions with business needs and expansion plans.
• Drive infrastructure projects, manage timelines, vendors, and budgets for network upgrades and new technologies.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain up-to-date documentation of systems and configurations.

How you will stand out:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, IT, Network Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years in networking, including 3+ years in a managerial role.
• Experience managing enterprise networks and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, OSPF, firewalls, VPN, SD-WAN, and load balancing.
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Wireshark) and cloud networking.
• CCNP or higher, AWS Advanced Networking, ITIL or equivalent.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with Singapore/APAC compliance, on-prem data centers, and disaster recovery.
