About the Client
Our client is a leading regional bank with a strong presence across Asia-Pacific, known for its robust technology and compliance framework.

About the Role:

We are seeking a Developer to join the team. You’ll work on projects and enhancements for STP trade interfaces, including pre-trade enhancements, and provide technical support. This role requires hands-on experience with Murex, UNIX shell scripting, SQL, and Core Java.

Responsibilities:

• Execute projects and enhancements in STP trade interfaces.
• Analyze user requirements and develop Murex STP interfaces.
• Work with UNIX shell scripts, SQL, and Core Java to automate interfaces.
• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and external vendors.
• Build confirmation templates, event notices, Swift messages, and generate documents.

Key Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in development, with 3+ years in Murex STP trade interface and post-trade workflow.

• Technical Skills:
  Proficiency in Murex MxML (MX 3.1), XML/XST, data dictionaries
  Murex pre-trade sequence for STP interfaces
  SQL (preferably Sybase), UNIX system commands, and shell scripting
  Core Java (version 1.6+)

• Good to Have:
  Murex DataMart reporting, market data (MDRS/MDCS/RTBS)
  Agile software development
  Automated test frameworks

Other Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Treasury products
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
