Marketing Asst, 12-month, Lavender MRT (LF)

Job Scope:

· Obtain timely approvals from various internal stakeholders for quotations

· Process invoices timely

· Take minutes for monthly APAC marketing & PR meeting and disseminate to APAC team in the next working day

· Perform data analysis when required

· Assist in the budget and forecast

· Assist in regional events planning & execution

· Support in evaluating variable margin policy

· Support in creating presentation slides for both internal and external stakeholders

· Manage Customer Relation Management (CRM) system

o Liaising with dealers and relevant stakeholders to ensure data are entered accurately and timely

o Follow up on discrepancies

· Manage APAC events calendar and LKEY (marketing planning tool)

o Coordinate with the region to ensure events are updated in the LKEY weekly

o Update APAC events calendar weekly

Requirements:

· Degree in economics, social sciences, marketing or business administration

· Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Teams)

· Excellent written and oral communication skills

· Capable to work independently with minimal supervision whilst confident in speaking up in any ideas contribution

· Proactive

· Team player, independent & responsible

· Great willingness to learn

Additional Information:

· Salary; S$3.5K per month + 1-month bonus

· Start Date: end June 2025

· Working days and Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm

· Contract Duration: 12-month

· Location: Aperia, Lavender MRT
