Marketing and Communication Executive

Responsibilities:

• Support in executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
• Manage social media accounts and create engaging content.
• Assist in content creation for brochures, newsletters, and websites.
• Conduct market research and analyze competitors and customer trends.
• Help organize company events, webinars, and product launches.
• Collaborate with sales to support lead generation efforts.
• Track and report on campaign performance and marketing metrics.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• At least 1-2 years' experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with an eye for detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, Meta Business Suite, Linkedin and basic SEO.
• Knowledge of marketing tools (e.g. Canva, Capcut, Photoshop, Illustrator & etc.) or Hubspot is a plus.
