Mail Hygiene Engineer / Email Security Engineer

The Mail Hygiene Engineer will be responsible for performing administrative tasks, managing system changes, and providing second-level support to the Technical Support Engineer for Mail Hygiene. The role involves ensuring the smooth operation of email security systems and supporting the team in troubleshooting and resolving any issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and manage the Mail Hygiene systems, including configuration changes and updates.
• Provide Level 2 support to Technical Support Engineers in resolving complex issues related to Mail Hygiene.
• Ensure continuous operation of email security systems and participate in proactive monitoring and maintenance.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of three (3) years of IT experience, with at least two (2) years of experience supporting a large-scale Messaging environment.
• Strong knowledge of Mail Hygiene security practices, demonstrated through relevant industry certifications such as Cisco Email Security or equivalent.

Desired Skills:

• Expertise in managing email security platforms and troubleshooting complex email hygiene issues.
• Familiarity with industry best practices and the ability to apply them to enhance the security of messaging environments
