Job Description

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure or network support roles.
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts (e.g., TCP/IP, routing, switching).
  • Willingness to work in shifts and support after-working hours
  • Implementing daily and weekend change requests (CRs) as a Maker.
  • Escorting build engineers to the data center when required.
