Junior Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities:

• Experienced in procurement, budgeting, estimation, contract administration, measurement of quantities & variation orders
• Searching for new subcontractor and supplier
• Preparing of tender documents for RFQ (request for quotation)
• Quotations’ checking and comparison
• Procurement Meeting
• Price data reports and other procurement related report.
• Tender support, mainly for pricing and VECD
• Support other QS works at project site (main contract, subcontract, cost control, Interim payment, etc.)
• Assist QS manager in managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 - 3 years’ relevant experience in QS or Engineer background with site experience is preferred
• Degree in Quantity Surveying recognized by Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers or its equivalent
• Strong interpersonal, communication & negotiation skills
