Junior Production Support engineer_Contract

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain production environments, ensuring system uptime and performance
• Respond to incidents, alerts, and user-reported issues in a timely manner
• Perform root cause analysis and provide long-term solutions
• Execute and maintain scripts for job automation and system tasks
• Perform data analysis using SQL queries to troubleshoot application/database issues
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to escalate and resolve critical issues
• Document troubleshooting steps, solutions, and standard operating procedures
• Participate in shift-based work schedules (if required), including weekends and holidays

Required Skills:

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Linux/Unix command line
• Good understanding of SQL and ability to write basic queries
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
