Key Responsibilities:

· Maintain and support the company’s IT systems, ensuring smooth operations

· Monitor and implement basic cybersecurity measures to safeguard company data and infrastructure

· Track, escalate and resolve IT incidents in a timely manner

· Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues efficiently

· Set up and configure computers, email accounts, printers, and other IT equipment for employees

· Assist with software installations, updates, and integration with existing systems

· Provide technical support and guidance to end-users

· Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, and user access records

· Collaborate with the teams to align technology with business needs

· Undertake additional projects or duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

· Fresh graduates are welcome

· Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

· 1–2 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk environment

· Strong troubleshooting skills and understanding of IT infrastructure

· Familiar with Windows, Office 365, basic networking, and antivirus solutions

· Able to work independently and communicate technical issues clearly
