• On-site Hardware Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform on-site maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of various ICT equipment, including but not limited to laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, conference equipment, network switches, NAS, NVR, etc.
• IT Peripherals Management: Facilitate the relocation and reconfiguration of IT peripherals within various rooms located in the same building to ensure optimal system functionality.
• SaaS Management: Oversee and manage SaaS platforms including, but not limited to, Office 365, Zoom, and other cross-platform software. Monitor billing and usage, ensuring seamless operations and addressing any user concerns or issues promptly.
• Support for Employee Transitions: Provide comprehensive IT support for employee onboarding and offboarding processes. Responsibilities include setting up and configuring email, VPN, printers, and Remote Desktop services to ensure smooth transitions for new and departing staff.
• Vendor and Internal Liaison: Work with HQ IT team, addressing feature requests and resolving any issues or conflicts that arise in a timely and efficient manner.
