Client : A leading global banking client

We are seeking a Senior Tech Delivery Manager to oversee end-to-end application delivery, vendor governance, and risk assurance in the Cards Technology domain at one of Asia’s leading banks. This is a strategic role focused on demand planning, delivery control, and managing third-party engagement for cards-related applications and infrastructure.

✅ Responsibilities:

• Lead demand forecasting, team formation, and capacity planning across Cards Technology.
• Manage and align project delivery timelines across new initiatives, RTB, and quarterly releases.
• Review project requirements, solution designs, and approve e-memos and resource planning.
• Monitor delivery risks, obsolescence, and escalate blockers in a timely manner.
• Drive consistency via UOB’s Service Delivery Management (SDM) framework.
• Govern vendor performance and ensure compliance with outsourcing guidelines.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, IT management, and external vendors for smooth execution.
• Prepare dashboards, metrics, and executive reports on Cards Tech project delivery.

✅ Requirements:

• 10+ years in IT delivery or project management, ideally within the banking/FSI space.
• Deep understanding of cards platforms (e.g., Cardlink, VisionPlus), mainframe environments (CICS/COBOL), and tools like Arcot, 2C2P, CACS.
• Experience managing large-scale projects, with strong exposure to vendor governance and regulatory compliance.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and SDLC is preferred.
