Job Description:

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation of a Machine Learning Suite (MLS) within a complex enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in application development, system integration, and production support, along with excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver end-to-end system implementation projects for Machine Learning Suite (MLS)

• Collaborate with Architects, Security, and Development Leads to ensure adherence to enterprise design and security standards

• Liaise with application teams across regions to deliver enhancements per technical plans

• Translate user requirements into technical design and documentation

• Plan and manage technical deliverables, development tasks, and ensure timely project delivery

• Perform data mapping and process mapping with interfacing systems

• Manage and escalate project risks/issues with proposed resolutions

• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, test plans, and deployment checklists

• Support SIT, UAT, performance testing, and security testing activities

• Work with production support teams to conduct root cause analysis, code review, and optimization

• Facilitate testing and provide technical support pre- and post-deployment

• Coordinate with business users and external vendors for timely delivery and support

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years in Project Management, Application Development, System Integration, and Architecture

• 8+ years in Production Support Management, including Incident and Problem Management

• Strong expertise in:

• Application Lifecycle Management

• Risk and Change Management

• Resource & Financial Management

• Technical knowledge in:

• Networking, Firewall, SSO integration, Disaster Recovery, and Data Migration

• Demonstrated ability to:

• Manage large-scale, cross-functional projects

• Handle complex technical documentation and stakeholder communication

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills

• Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and accountability

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with Machine Learning, Data Cleaning, and Data Transformation

• Familiarity with:

• Hadoop, PySpark, Python, Scala, Kafka, NoSQL, ETL

• DevOps tools: Control-M, JIRA, Jenkins, Bitbucket, Artifactory, Aldon

• SharePoint and Confluence

• Experience in procurement and contract review
