Job Description:
We are hiring a seasoned System Analyst to join a critical technology project with one of our leading global banking clients.

This is a 12-month contract role based at Alexandra, ideal for someone with 6+ years of experience in ETL development, Informatica PowerCenter, Unix Shell Scripting, and Oracle environments.

As a System Analyst, you will be responsible for end-to-end data integration workflows, from design and development to testing and support. You will also coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth delivery and system transitions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain Informatica PowerCenter 10.x or higher
• Translate business requirements into technical documentation and source-to-target mappings
• Build and maintain ETL data mappings, sessions, and workflows
• Develop job schedules integrating with upstream/downstream systems using Control-M
• Perform unit testing, data quality checks, and performance tuning
• Ensure timely delivery across design, development, testing, and deployment
• Support production migrations, continuity testing, and environment transitions
• Maintain comprehensive documentation accessible to all stakeholders
• Escalate technical issues promptly and work proactively to prevent delays
• Follow SDLC best practices and support SIT, UAT, and production phases

Requirements:

• At least 6 years of relevant experience in system analysis and ETL development
• Strong knowledge of Informatica PowerCenter (v10.x+)
• Hands-on experience with Oracle 19c or higher (SQL*Plus, PL/SQL)
• Proficiency in Unix/Linux Shell Scripting (AIX/Linux)
• Familiarity with job schedulers like Control-M
• Knowledge of SDLC lifecycle: requirement gathering, impact analysis, build, test, deploy
• Able to work independently with minimal guidance
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Good to have: Change Control tools, Visio
