Implementation Engineer (AV Solutions)

• Develop hands-on proficiency in Audio and Video (AV) technologies, including understanding room readiness and solution components.
• Acquire basic networking and IT knowledge to effectively support installers and end users.
• Remotely guide on-site personnel with clear and precise instructions to execute implementation activities.
• Read, interpret, and draft schematic diagrams as part of the implementation and documentation process.
• Follow client-specific processes and procedures with high attention to detail.
• Adapt to evolving project needs with an agile and flexible mindset.
• Maintain strong housekeeping and organizational practices throughout project execution.
• Build an understanding of technical design principles related to AV implementations.
• Learn and apply fundamental project management and administrative practices.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Keen interest in developing a career in AV technology and implementation.
• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and networking concepts.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematic diagrams.
• Good communication skills, especially in providing clear remote guidance.
