Job Description

Shall at least have a diploma in Computer Science / IT / Software Engineering with a minimum of one (1) year of relevant working experience or
Diploma in any field but possesses two (2) years of IT support services.
Ability to carry out simple reporting and helpdesk data analytics.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity remotely. (Level 1 support).
Working in a rotating shift schedule to provide 24x7 coverage support.
