Keyence Singapore is seeking a GA & IT Administrator to support daily IT operations and office administration by performing various administrative and technical tasks.

Job Description

General Affairs-related Responsibilities:

• Handle general enquiries and perform administrative duties.
• Enter procurement data into SAP.
• Manage Car Rental matters
• Liaise with vendors regarding procurement, office maintenance, and other general matters.
• Support coordination of company events as needed.
• Perform additional assignments as required with flexibility.

IT-related Responsibilities:

• Provide basic technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Manage IT assets such as laptops and mobile phones.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of networking experience preferred.
• Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are welcome to apply.
• Good interpersonal skills to establish effective communication.
• The ability to work independently, handle pressure, and be flexible with working hours when necessary.
• Well-organized and capable of multitasking.
• Familiarity with network equipment, desktop support, and system administration.
