Location: Alexandra Road , Singapore -Nearest MRT - Labrador Park MRT station (CC27). It is on the Circle Line.

Type: 12-Month Contract (Extendable)

Client: Leading Bank (via NTT DATA)

Job Description:

We are hiring a highly experienced Functional Business Analyst with proven expertise in private banking and investment products. You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, creating functional specifications, and ensuring seamless system integration in a banking environment. This role is ideal for professionals with strong experience in BRD/FSD documentation, private wealth processes, and regulatory knowledge.

🧾 Key Responsibilities:

• Work with Private Bank specialists to elicit, document, and analyze business and functional requirements

• Create “as-is” and “to-be” process flows using tools like Visio or equivalent

• Prepare and review Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Specification Documents (FSD)

• Conduct impact assessments, root cause analysis, and gap analysis

• Support UAT/SIT activities and review test cases

• Collaborate with testers, developers, and business users to resolve issues

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge base on private banking systems and regulatory frameworks

• Support product issue investigations and participate in incident resolution

• Translate business needs into clear test scenarios and system behaviors

🎓 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or Information Systems

• 6 to 10 years of experience in business analysis, with at least 3 years in Private Banking or Wealth Management

• Strong understanding of investment products (e.g., bonds, funds, structured products, FX)

• Experience preparing BRD, FSD, test cases, and traceability matrices

• Familiarity with regulatory compliance in the banking sector (MAS, sales & advisory processes)

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

• Experience using Visio or other process modeling tools

• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
