The successful candidate will play a key role in managing financial milestones, tracking sales and billings, supporting the business unit's administrative activities, and preparing essential financial reports to support decision-making and operational efficiency.
Description:
- Financial Governance & Billing: Assist in the oversight and enforcement of financial governance policies, particularly concerning project milestones and client billing processes. Manage and track the progress of project milestones, ensuring timely and accurate billing cycles. Collaborate with project managers and sales teams to resolve any billing discrepancies or issues.
- Forecast Accuracy: Support the preparation and analysis of financial forecasts,working closely with business unit leads to gather relevant data. Track actual performance against forecasts, identifying variances and assisting in the refinement of future projections. Contribute to the continuous improvement of forecasting methodologies and tools.
- Sales & Billing Tracking: Assist in the accurate booking of sales orders and contracts within the financial systems. Monitor and track all incoming billings, ensuring proper allocation and record-keeping. Prepare and process invoices promptly and accurately, following established procedures.
- Reporting & Analysis: Generate regular and ad-hoc financial reports related to sales, billings, collections, and expenses. Assist in the analysis of financial data, identifying trends, and providing insights to management. Maintain organized and accessible financial records and documentation.
- Stakeholder Communication: Liaise effectively with internal departments (e.g.,Sales, Project Management, Finance, Legal) and external clients regarding financial and administrative matters. Communicate financial information clearly and concisely to non-finance professionals.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Finance
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a financial administration,business support, or similar role. Proven experience in managing billing processes, tracking sales, and preparing financial reports.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables). Experience with financial management software (e.g., SAP) is highly desirable.
