About Us: Long Faith is a forward-thinking family office owned by a prominent crypto entrepreneur. With a strong foundation in private equity, we are now expanding our investment strategy to include public equities. Our goal is to employ a fundamentally driven approach to identify and invest in high-potential public companies for long-term growth. As part of this strategic shift, we are seeking to hire two talented and experienced Equity Analysts to join our team.

What you will be responsible for:

• Conduct in-depth bottom-up fundamental research on companies and industries to evaluate investment opportunities.
• Perform detailed financial analysis, including building and maintaining financial models.
• Develop investment theses and make investment recommendations for portfolio managers.
• Monitor existing portfolio holdings and track relevant industry trends.
• Prepare comprehensive research reports and present investment ideas to the investment team.
• Participate in management meetings, earnings calls, and industry conferences.
• Collaborate with other team members to share insights and contribute to the overall investment process and strategy.
• Stay up-to-date with market developments, economic trends, and company-specific news that may impact investments.

How you can stand out:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field. MBA or CFA designation is often preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience as an Equity Analyst or in a similar role, with a proven track record of successful stock analysis and recommendations.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills, with proficiency in Excel and financial databases (e.g., Bloomberg).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to synthesize complex information and present clear, concise investment recommendations.
• Demonstrated passion for financial markets and investing.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Strong network within the investment community.
