About the Role

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer with solid programming and automation skills—not just someone who can use tools, but someone who can build and optimize them.

If you’re hands-on with Python scripting, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines—and you enjoy solving real-world infrastructure problems with code—this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI)

• Develop automation scripts using Python, Shell, or Bash

• Manage infrastructure with Terraform, Ansible, or similar IaC tools

• Containerize and orchestrate apps with Docker and Kubernetes

• Collaborate with developers and architects to streamline delivery pipelines

• Ensure system reliability, monitoring, and incident response

Must-Have Skills

• Strong programming/scripting skills (especially Python)

• Deep experience in DevOps practices and toolchains

• Hands-on with CI/CD, Terraform, Docker, Git, Kubernetes

• Comfortable working in Linux and cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) environments

• Strong troubleshooting and automation mindset

• Experience in banking or regulated environments

• Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g. Prometheus, Grafana)

• Exposure to DevSecOps principles
