Job Description:
We are hiring experienced System Analysts / Developers to support complex enterprise banking systems. You will be responsible for full lifecycle technical delivery – from infrastructure setup to application development, environment management, and system enhancements. This role involves strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and hands-on technical contribution across environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Setup and maintain application infrastructure in Unix/Linux, Windows, and Oracle environments
• Manage OS and database patching, environment setup, and middleware configuration (e.g., Apache, WebLogic)
• Perform system integration and manage deployment workflows via Bitbucket, Jenkins, Aldon
• Develop and enhance backend systems using Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and Java or JavaScript
• Write shell scripts for automation and operational support
• Interface configuration and integration (SFTP, Connect:Direct, IBM MQ, Oracle Wallet, SSL, Vault)
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide permanent resolutions
• Participate in code review, technical design, testing (SIT/UAT), and release planning
• Lead knowledge-sharing sessions and contribute to team upskilling
• Work closely with vendor teams and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery
• Adhere to SLA/KPI expectations for system availability and performance

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in enterprise application development or support roles
• Strong hands-on experience in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL
• Proficient in Java or JavaScript development
• Experience with Unix/Linux environments and shell scripting
• Familiar with middleware and DevOps toolchains (Bitbucket, Jenkins, WebLogic, Apache)
• Experience in production support, patching, deployment coordination
• Good understanding of SLA, KPI, and IT operations best practices
• Experience in interfacing with vendors and cross-team coordination

Nice to Have:

• Experience in secure banking environments
• Knowledge of integration tools such as IBM MQ or Connect:Direct
• Background in regulated domains like compliance, finance, or risk
