Cost Control Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and track project budgets, expenditures, and cost commitments to ensure alignment with approved budgets.
• Prepare and verify payment slips with a high level of accuracy, ensuring timely processing and compliance with financial policies.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly cost reports
• Develop and design presentation materials to communicate financial performance and updates to stakeholders.
• Review vendor invoices, purchase orders, and contracts as required.
• Identify cost deviations and trends, and proactively recommend corrective actions to maintain budgetary control.
• Compile and prepare cost-related data and reports for internal audits, financial reviews, and management reporting.
• Maintain a comprehensive and organized record-keeping system for all cost control documentation and financial transactions.

🎓 Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in cost control or finance, preferably within the construction.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with experience in data analysis and financial reporting tools.
• Strong attention to detail, with excellent numerical and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Solid communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork
