Content Developer

What You’ll Do:

• Create high-quality technical documentation: guides, tutorials, demos, starter kits, blogs, and design specs.
• Simplify complex concepts for different audiences (devs, ops, business).
• Drive and support content strategy across GCC and SGTS.
• Pilot and recommend effective content formats and delivery methods.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and product teams.
• Maintain content consistency and lead timely refreshes.
• Research and apply content best practices from the tech industry.

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree/Diploma in CS, IT, Engineering, Communications, or related.
• 2–5 years of experience in Content Development
• Strong writing, communication, and attention to detail.
• Bonus: Dev background, Kubernetes or monitoring tools knowledge, design/video creation skills.
