Job responsibilities include:
Prepare and cook dishes according to standard recipes and guest requirements.
Ensure food quality and presentation meet high standards.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and work area.
Manage inventory and ensure proper storage of ingredients.
Assist in menu planning and development of new dishes.
Follow safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Handle kitchen equipment and ensure proper maintenance.
