Business Analyst (Telco Domain)

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Business Analyst with a strong background in the telecommunications industry. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, working closely with stakeholders, product teams, and technology partners to deliver innovative and effective telecom services and products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for telecom services.
• Work with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, marketing, sales) to translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects, data scientists, and product managers to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business goals.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation in telecom operations.
• Support the design and implementation of CRM, billing, provisioning, and network management systems.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and rollout of new solutions.
• Stay current on telecom trends, regulations, and competitive landscape.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years in the telecommunications sector.
• Strong understanding of telecom industry standards, products (mobile, broadband, VoIP), and operations.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proficient in requirements management and modeling tools (JIRA, Confluence, BPMN, UML).
• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to present complex data to executive audiences.
