WorkDay's Adaptive Planning Redesign:

• Collaborate with Finance stakeholders to understand, document, and translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Design and architect Adaptive Planning solutions that align with organisational objectives and financial planning processes, ensuring scalable and efficient planning structures
• Configure and develop Adaptive Planning sheets, models, and reports to support budgeting, reporting, and planning processes
• Design and implement integration solutions between Workday Financial Management and Adaptive Planning
• Conduct thorough testing of configurations and customisations to ensure system reliability and accuracy
• Manage system integration between Workday Financial Management, other operating systems, and Adaptive Planning
• Drive change management initiatives and provide training to end-users
• Document technical specifications, process flows, and system configurations

Tableau BI development:

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
• Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
• Create detailed functional specifications and process documentation
• Drive user acceptance testing and training
• Map data flows between enterprise systems and reporting solutions
• Technical Implementation including
• develop financial dashboards using Tableau,
• Create automated reporting solutions using Python,
• Build and maintain ETL processes,
• Design data integration workflows between enterprise systems
