NTT DATA Singapore is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the implementation of a regulatory digital platform for Singapore’s financial sector.

Job Description

We are hiring a Business Analyst to support the implementation of a regulatory digital platform for the financial sector. You will work closely with product owners, business users, and technical teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure seamless delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead business requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.

• Develop and maintain process workflows, business process maps, and project artefacts.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to design optimized solutions and support change management activities.

• Facilitate workshops and discussions to align requirements and expectations.

• Prepare user documentation and deliver training to stakeholders.

• Conduct system validation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and monitor product performance.

Key Requirements:

• Strong experience in business analysis, solution design, and requirements management.

• Hands-on involvement in full project lifecycles (SDLC).

• Proficiency in business process modelling tools (e.g., Microsoft Visio, Bizagi).

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Business Analysis certifications (CCBA®, CBAP®).

• Familiarity with Agile methodology and Design Thinking.

• Experience in process optimization, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.

• Exposure to ERP, CRM, or regulatory systems in financial or government sectors.
