Business Analyst

Core Duties and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Operations teams to develop and maintain commercial analytics reports and dashboards, highlighting key success factors and performance indicators.
• Enhance communication efficiency and effectiveness across functions and countries through process improvements and structured cadences.
• Apply data cleansing techniques and develop innovative data acquisition methods.
• Improve data quality by implementing data governance policies and monitoring execution consistency.
• Engage with internal stakeholders to understand data needs and provide analytical support.
• Support system integration projects, ensuring accurate data mapping and uncompromised data completeness.
• Manage projects aimed at enhancing sales operation efficiency and effectiveness.

Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:

• Strategic planning/execution skills with a focus on business planning and finance
• Negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills in global business
• Market Insight of ICT industry in the Asia Pacific region
• Basic knowledge of financial/managerial accounting

Additional Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Economics, Business or Information Technology or a related field.
