ob Description:
We are seeking an experienced Application / Tech Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of enterprise-scale technology projects for a leading banking client.

This is a 12-month contract role based at Alexandra, ideal for candidates with 10+ years of experience in project delivery, system integration, architecture, and production support.

You will manage high-impact initiatives in the compliance technology space, including system delivery of AI/Machine Learning suites, and coordinate across application teams, infrastructure, vendors, and testing functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Machine Learning Suite (MLS) system implementations
• Liaise with architecture, security, and development teams to ensure compliance with design standards
• Translate user and business requirements into solution design and documentation
• Oversee development, data/process mapping, deployment planning, and UAT coordination
• Conduct root cause analysis and support production stability
• Ensure timely execution of SIT/UAT/performance/security testing with respective teams
• Manage external vendors and delivery schedules
• Track risks, escalate issues, and propose resolutions
• Facilitate test support, change windows, and post-deployment validations
• Collaborate across units to drive cross-functional execution
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and ensure audit-readiness

Requirements:

• 10+ years in project, application, or technical delivery management roles
• Proven experience in project management, risk/issue/change/resource management
• Strong background in application architecture, system integration, and software design
• 8+ years in incident, production support and problem management
• Familiarity with networking, firewalls, encryption, SSO, and disaster recovery planning
• Excellent stakeholder communication and technical documentation skills
• Strong leadership, accountability, and ability to handle complex delivery streams

Good to Have:

• Experience in Machine Learning, Data Transformation, ETL
• Familiarity with Big Data (Hadoop, Kafka, NoSQL)
• Proficiency in Python, Spark, Scala, PySpark, shell scripting
• Tooling knowledge: JIRA, CICD, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Control-M, Artifactory
• Experience with SharePoint, Confluence, Remedy, and procurement management
