Job Description:

We are looking for a seasoned Agile Transformation Coach to join our team on a 6-month contract assignment with a prestigious banking client. You will be instrumental in driving agile adoption, coaching squads and key stakeholders, and fostering a mindset of continuous improvement across delivery teams. This role requires hands-on leadership in agile transformation initiatives, change management, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive agile ways of working across multiple squads by promoting lean and agile principles, leading mindset shifts, and enabling behavior change.

• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, technical leads, and stakeholders to uplift delivery quality and improve value streams.

• Coach teams on backlog grooming, user story creation, sprint planning, and retrospectives; scale agile practices across programs and portfolios.

• Identify organizational blockers and propose actionable solutions to improve delivery efficiency and team performance.

• Design and deliver customized training sessions, agile workshops, and stakeholder education programs to deepen agile understanding.

• Monitor agile maturity metrics and develop dashboards, heatmaps, and feedback loops to measure progress and improvement.

• Ensure correct usage of tools like JIRA and Confluence, maintain high data quality, and align tooling usage with agile best practices.

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and support transformation at squad, tribe, and enterprise levels.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10+ years of IT experience, preferably in banking/financial domains.

• At least 5 years of Agile Coaching experience, including success in scaling agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS).

• Background as a Scrum Master/Product Owner with a strong coaching track record.

• Strong stakeholder management skills, including influencing senior business and tech stakeholders.

• Experience working with geographically distributed teams across different time zones.

• Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD processes (e.g., Bitbucket, Git, Jenkins).

• Strong command of JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft PowerPoint.

• Certified in advanced Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe Program Consultant, ICAgile Certified Expert).
